NOCO CLEAN #53

 
NOCO Clean 53 is a mild pH alkaline cleaner compounded for applications in machine sumps, surfaces and general purpose cleaning and sanitizing. Formulated for “one-step” applications, this fast acting cleaner, eliminates a wide range of bacteria, mold, fungi. NOCO Clean 53 is compatible with most ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Generally, 2% of NOCO Clean 53 can be used for machine sump cleaning while 4-5% in more effective for general-purpose jobs. As a sump cleaner, NOCO Clean 53 should be added to the coolant solution 6 to 8 hours at 2-3% prior to dumping. Without inhibiting coolant performance, it will break and loosen hardened swarf and chips deposits allowing the majority of the cleaning to be done with the initial dump.

All machine parts and sumps, pits, etc. should be rinsed with a 2% solution of the recommend coolant to be used to avoid flash rusting.
