Product Data Sheet
NOCO Biocool 105 EP
BIOSTABLE SEMI-SYNTHETIC CUTTING AND GRINDING FLUID
NOCO Biocool 105 EP is a semi-synthetic BIOSTABLE general purpose metalworking coolant containing approximately 20% mineral Oil. This product, when diluted with water, forms a translucent amber emulsion which offers excellent workpiece visibility, good lubricity, and superior cooling.
NOCO Biocool 105 EP is designed for the machining and grinding
of virtually all metals, except magnesium, and contains chlorine as an
extreme pressure additive for greater lubricity.
BIOSTABILITY
| Biostability refers to the ability of a metalworking coolant to resist extreme biological degradation. This provides extremely long sump life in a properly maintained machine tool and diminishes the possibility of "Monday Morning Odor". |
