NOCOCUT M SERIES
 

NOCO Lubricants has developed a new series of environmentally friendly metalworking fluids incorporating advanced  polymeric additives.

NOCOCUT M series was developed for use with all types of metals, ferrous and non-ferrous.  Operations include: threading, turning, tapping, gear hobbing and cutting, milling, drilling and cold heading.

NOCOCUT M series will provide superior machining and lubricating performance.  Its ability to be used as a dual or tri purpose oil is especially helpful where lube oil contaminated the cutting oil.  Therefore, eliminating the problem caused by dilution.

NOCOCUT M-0, M-1 and M-2 are very light color, transparent, very low odor fluids with excellent oxidation stability and outstanding lubricating qualities.

NOCOCUT M series advanced polymeric additives permit use with all types of tooling including; high speed steel, carbide, tincoated, and ceramic.

NOCOCUT M-0, M-1 and M-2 are especially suited for high surface speed machining of screw machine stock, aluminum and brass.  It can also be used for nickel-tin-bronze alloys, free machining steels, silicon-copper, silicon-bronze and copper-nickel.

NOCOCUT M series also offers superior cutting performance on  tough draggy metals in severe machining operations such as broaching, tapping and threading.
