APPLICATION

NOCODRAW was developed for use on all types of metals, ferrous and non-ferrous.  Operations include; blanking, punching, piercing, forming, and other heavy duty drawing and stamping operations.

NOCODRAW is a high viscosity, dark color, mild petroleum odor, oil  manufactured with a new high technology chlorine replacement extreme pressure additive.  It also contains a superior lubricity additive that provides a high degree of polarity to enhance the wetting out of metal surfaces.  This combination has resulted in greatly improved tool and die life when compared to conventional petroleum based drawing oils.

NOCODRAW is readily removed from parts in mild alkaline, detergent cleaners, solvent cleaners, or by vapor degreasing.
