NOCOSTAMP OIL
NOCO Lubricants has developed an environmentally friendly stamping oil incorporating advanced polymeric additives.
APPLICATION
NOCOSTAMP Oil was developed for use on all types of metals, ferrous and non-ferrous. Operations include; blanking, punching, piercing, forming, and other moderate duty stamping applications.
NOCOSTAMP Oil is a low viscosity medium color, low odor oil manufactured with a new high technology chlorine replacement extreme pressure additive. It also contains a superior lubricity additive that provides a high degree of polarity to enhance the wetting of metal surfaces. This combination has resulted in greatly improved tool and die life when compared to conventional petroleum based stamping oils.
NOCOSTAMP Oil is readily removed from parts in mild alkaline,
detergent and solvent cleaners or by vapor degreasing.
