By enrolling in NOCO Friends & Family, you agree to receive correspondence related to the NOCO Friends and Family Club and marketing offers from NOCO on behalf of its partners and affiliates. Any personal information that you supply to us remains your property. However, by submitting that information to NOCO or its partners or affiliates, you grant to us the right to use your personal information for any legal purpose including, without limitation: a) marketing purposes such as sharing your information with third party advertisers; b) providing promotional offers to you by means of e-mail advertising, telemarketing, direct mail marketing and/or online banner advertising; c) transferring your personal information to a third party, when necessary, to receive a product or service that you may have ordered from such third party while using the web site or when responding to offers provided by NOCO or its partners or affiliates; d) for validation, suppression, content improvement and feedback purposes. In addition, you agree that we may contact you with updates and/or any other information that we may deem appropriate for you to receive in connection with your account and the web site.

By submitting your e-mail address, you agree to receive e-mail marketing from NOCO or its partners or affiliates and our their party advertisers. We only send e-mail marketing to individuals who have agreed to receive e-mail from NOCO or its partners or affiliates and to individuals who have otherwise agreed, on third party web sites, to receive e-mail marketing from other companies, such as NOCO or its partners or affiliates. NOCO or its partners or affiliates does not send unsolicited commercial e-mail. As a result, certain statutes requiring particular formatting for unsolicited commercial e-mail may not be applicable to the commercial e-mail that is sent by NOCO or its partners or affiliates. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will not send you any e-mail marketing, or allow any third party to send you e-mail marketing, from which you cannot unsubscribe.

What Information Does NOCO Gather About You?

You authorize NOCO to obtain your usage and/or payment history and credit information. You may rescind this authorization at any time by contacting NOCO. NOCO may refuse to accept you as a customer if your credit score does not meet or exceed its enrollment criteria. NOCO also collects information about our customers/members so that we can provide more interesting and useful service(s), as well as more appropriate advertising. We ask for your name, e-mail address, and other personal information when you apply to use certain features of our web site. We also may ask for this information at other times, such as when you enter contests or other promotions sponsored by NOCO and/or our partners. We sometimes conduct surveys as well, although you do not have to respond to them.

Will NOCO Use Your Information for Direct Mailings?

If you register with NOCO or sign up for, or buy, any of our products or services, we will send you information about our various products and services, or other products and services that we believe may interest you. Our partners in co-branded products (for example, a NOCO-branded credit card) may also send you information, but only for those NOCO-branded products. As we stated earlier, we may also provide your physical mailing address to people who will send you promotional “snail” mailings about their products and services. We will remove your name from our lists as soon as we can.

How Do We Respect Children’s Privacy?

Our sites are not directed at children under the age of 18. We operate our sites in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and will not knowingly collect or use personally identifiable information from anyone under 18.

While we do our best to protect your personal information, NOCO cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. What does all of this mean? As in all internet communication/commerce, you must protect yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any password and/or member information. Please be careful and responsible whenever you are online, especially when using a computer that other people can use also.

In return for valuable consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged, you do hereby give NOCO Energy Corp., any assigns, licensees, and/or other legal representatives the irrevocable right to use your name (or any fictional name), still image, motion picture, portrait, photograph, likeness, or sound track recording of you or of your voice in all forms and media and in all manners, including composite or distorted representations, for advertising, trade, or any other lawful purposes, and you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, that may be created in connection therewith. You are of full age. You understand that you will not receive any compensation for use of your photograph. By signing the
Enrollment Application you certify that, you have read this release and are fully familiar with its contents.

Excluding natural gas contract terms and conditions, NOCO reserves the right to alter, limit, or modify program rules, regulations, or rewards, at its discretion and without the need to give notice of same.
