The functions within the NOCO Real Estate Department are:
NOCO Property management, LLC based out of Tonawanda, serves various parts of Western New York. We currently manage over 200 residential units within the suburbs of Buffalo. Our portfolio ranges from single family homes to 44-unit complexes.
The NOCO real estate team is responsible for developing and executing the company's real estate site selection strategies, real property acquisition program, and new store development plans. The team is also active in the company's real estate efforts wtih governmental relations, such as site approvals, permitting, and public hearings.
The NOCO Construction Dept. is responsible for development and completion of specific projects including new stores, raze/rebuilds, acquisitions and existing store remodels. The scope of work includes design, budgeting, contracting and scheduling for all aspects of the projects.The group works hand in hand with the remainder of Real Estate Team as well as Operations, Merchandising and Marketing groups in bringing these projects to completion.
Property Management & Facility Operations:
The NOCO real estate team is responsible for enhancing current operation NOCO Express stores. The improvement process may involve purchasing adjacent properties to expand parking areas and buildings as well as to rebuild whole stores.
