NOCO FORM COMPOUNDS

NOCO FORM COMPOUNDS are highly active release agents specifically designed for concrete forms commonly used in modern construction and pre-cast industries.  They are mineral oil-based products compounded with a variety of job-proven release additives to give the following benefits:

• Easier stripping of forms -- less sticking than with straight oils or reclaimed oils.
• Smooth, stain-free-surfaces -- the clean, non-glossy surfaces are generally receptive to paint, epoxy and other coatings.
• Wide range of applications -- may be used on steel, aluminum, plywood and epoxy coated plywood forms.
• Longer form life -- no chipping or scrapping is needed to remove concrete from forms.
• Rust prevention -- helps prevent rust formation on metal forms, hoppers and shovels.
• Ease of handling -- the low viscosities and pour points allow easy handling all year round inside the plant or outside on the job site.

NOCO FORM COMPOUND 1 and 1X are high quality, chemically active multipurpose release agents. Applications - pre-cast slabs, concrete poles, pre-cast curbs, wall sections, burial vaults and patio stones.

NOCO FORM COMPOUND 4 was developed particularly for the concrete pipe manufacture for use on pipe body. It contains an inert chemical agent and provides excellent release properties.

NOCO FORM COMPOUND 18 LO AND 65X are compounded from release agents used primarily in the form release of pre-stressed beams, and cement piles.

NOCO FORM COMPOUND 65X has also been used on highway overpasses and in tunnel construction. It is an excellent product for use where epoxy coatings are applied to the finished concrete surfaces.
