NOCO Lubricants has developed a new environmentally friendly metalworking fluid incorporating advanced polymeric additives.
NOCOCUT AL-00 is a low viscosity, non-ferrous cutting oil, developed to offer better tool life and less oil consumption. It can be used with all types of non-ferrous metals. Operations include grinding, turning, deep hole drilling and milling.
NOCOCUT AL-00 is a very light coloured transparent low odour fluid. It has excellent oxidation stability and outstanding lubricating qualities. Advanced polymeric additives permit use with all types of tooling including high-speed steel, carbide, titanium-nickel and ceramic.
NOCOCUT AL-00 is especially suited for high surface speed machining of screw machine stock, aluminum, brass, copper and its alloys.
