NOCOSOL HD

NOCOSOL HD is a heavy duty BIOSTABLE soluble oil concentrate containing extreme pressure additives for difficult machining operations. This product was designed to be extended with water for the machining and grinding of virtually all metals except magnesium.

NOCOSOL HD is excellent on high silicon aluminum alloys.

NOCOSOL HD was designed for use in metalworking applications such as all CNC milling, turning, drilling, tapping and grinding. NOCOSOL HD is also excellent on conventional machining processes and sawing applications.

BIOSTABILITY

BIOSTABILITY refers to the ability of a metalworking coolant to resist extreme biological degradation. This provides extremely long sump life in a properly maintained machine tool and diminishes the possibility of "Monday Morning Odour".

Always replenish the coolant with a mixture of coolant and water, not just coolant or water. Never add coolant concentrate directly to the sump.
