NOCO WAYLUBE OILS

NOCO WAYLUBES are specifically formulated for the lubrication of machine tool slides and ways.  They are fortified with extreme pressure additives and a special shear stable adhesive agent that will permit extended fluid life when used in machines that are designed to lubricate the slides and ways from a central lubricating system. 

Furthermore, NOCO WAYLUBE Oils have unique wetting agents and lubricity additives that help reduce stick slip and chatter.  Because of their good rust prevention and other quality features, NOCO WAYLUBES are also suitable for lubricating other machine tool components such as headstock, translating screws and lightly loaded gears, including worm gears.
NOCO WAYLUBE Oils quickly separate from coolants so they can be easily removed by skimming. They do not promote bacteria growth in the coolant.

TYPICAL APPROVALS

NOCO WAYLUBE 32, 68, 150* and 220 meet Cincinnati Milacron Stick-Slip Test and fulfill requirements of Cincinnati Specification P-53, P-47 and P-50 respectively.
