Will my points expire?

Points earned on a NOCO Friends & Family Club card expire after nine months of account inactivity.

Are there any fees or charges for using NOCO Friends & Family Club Card?

There is no charge for using your NOCO Friends & Family Club Card. It is completely free!

How do I know I have received my points & rewards?

Simply click here to login and check your balance. Point balances are also printed at the bottom of your receipt.

What items do I have to purchase to receive points & rewards?

Any purchase you make using your NOCO Friends & Family Club card is eligible except for Lottery, Lotto, all prepaid items (i.e. phone cards, prepaid Mastercards, etc.), Western Union money orders and transfers, and NOCO Express gift cards.

What do I do if my card is not working or is broken?

Go to any NOCO Express location or call us at 716-614-1200. We will help you get another card. Your reward points balance will be transferred to a new card.
